Shari's 16th double tiered fondant cake

This was an elegant 2 tiered 16th birthday cake which we did for Shari who lives in Lumut. She ended up postponing her birthday for a few days so I hope the cake lasted for the birthday party!! This cake was made out of our signature rich chocolate cake and layered with choc ganache then covered with our homemade fondant then decorated with black royal icing twirls.

Tiffany blue cakes and cupcakes

These cupcakes and 2 tiered "tiffany' inspired cake as for Rachel and Shaun's wedding. we had great fun doing the ring which did not want to stay upright!!! The cake was done in our signature Rich chocolate cake layed with chocolate ganache, and the cupcakes were Vanilla nd Chocolate flavour. Anyways Rachel very kindly smsed us when all the cakes and cupcakes got to her in KB and she loved them!! Two tiered over the hill cake!

We did this 2 tier cupcake for Phil's 40th birthday and had it delivered to Tutong in 1 piece!! It was really a fun project to do as we tried to depict the 7 hills of Bukit Shahbandar... maybe that didn't come out so well but we thought the monkeys and waterfall was a must to put in! From the reaction of the birthday celebrant I hear the cake was most well recieved.
For projects of this kind we need several weeks in advance so we can plan what to actually put on the cake.
