"Two Hearts" Wedding Cake

This is a special two heart-shaped cake that we had done recently for a pair of newly weds. Using our favourite rich chocolate cake, we had decorated it with more heart sprinkles! Holiday announcements

To all our customers, as it is a month generally scattered with holidays please be informed that we will not be taking any orders for the 25th and 26th of December 2008. Also we are closed on the 1st of January 2009. We still have a few more slots available for the 24th of December and the 31st of December, so please book your order early to avoid any disappointments. Our Hummingbird!

We are delighted to introduce our version of the Hummingbird!!  It is a cupcake filled with pineapple, bananas and nuts.  It is topped off with vanilla cream cheese and decorated with a small pineapple slice.  For a fruity, creamy treat, this is a true treat!

Priced at:

Medium- Minimum Order of 36 pcs @$0.80 each
Large- Minimum Order of 25 pcs @$1.50 each

Sweet Sixteen!!

This special design was recently done for a sixteen year old birthday celebrant.  It was fun to make and decorate!  The '16' atop of the cake is also chocolate cake covered in buttercream icing.

Uma's Birthday cake and cupcakes

Every year we do birthday cakes for the Roy kids and this year is no exception. Uma is now 9 years old and so a bit more sophisticated! We did a large chocolate cake for her 12 inch by 12 inch weighing about 5 Lbs. We also did two boxes of these colourful medium sized cuppies adorned with her name on each one!

Where we will be on Saturday 6th December 08!

Many have been asking us to give more information about where exactly the Hornbill Fair be taking place this Saturday.  It is at:

We will be there from 11 am to 2 pm

Sales will include:

Cupcakes (priced between $8 - $10), Chicken Pies and other goodies (that we still need to finalise!)

We have a special Seasons Greetings box this month.  Priced at $10 per box, it is a great gift for friends - or simply to enjoy!

Introducing our Red Velvet!

A couple of clients have asked us to make these. What is red velvet? Well basically it is like chocolate sponge cake with lots of red colouring and it is topped with vanilla cream cheese.
It comes in two sizes - medium and large.  We include the fondant flower or hearts cutout for decorations or you could request for sprinkles.
