Iman's Doll In A Swimming Pool Cake!

A few weeks' ago, our niece Iman had her 6th birthday.  She wanted something special - a doll in a swimming pool!  We were a bit worried as to how to make the "water" realistic - so we decided to add jelly!  For the 'rocks' around the pool, we had used profiteroles with fresh cream in them.  Fyi, it is a chocolate cake  underneath all the cream!  It was great fun to make and a big hit with the children at the party!

So for an alternative 'Barbie' doll cake, give us a call or drop us an email and we can discuss with you what would be your child's dream cake!
