These were done a while back for Mother's day, but they are one of our favourite designs, flowers and hearts, simple but quite pretty especially for our mums!
A box of 49 pcs of these mini cupcakes cost $25 with designs and wordings.

Football Jerseys

We can do these Football jersey cakes made out of Rich chocolate cake covered and layered in Chocolate Ganache then covered in our homemade fondant, before being decorated with butter or royal icing for the numbers and logos.
Our popular football clubs are,, of course Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea but that didn't stop us from doing this Portmouth FC Jersey for one client! Sizes range from 1.5 kg upwards and cost $50 per kg.

Elmos, Cookie monsters and barney

Sometimes clients ask for a whole boxful of single characters, like the cookie monsters or the Barney and elmo cupcakes. For Barney cupcakes we can only do them on medium sized cupcakes and these would cost $1.20 each. Our boxes can fit 25 medium cupcakes or 36 medium cucpakes snugly.

These poker cupcakes were done using medium sized cupcakes, Most customers prefer our chocolate flavour but we can also do them using vanilla, strawberry, red velvet,or carrot flavour. We Are One Year Old Today!!

In short of this being an Academy Awards recipient speech, both of us would like to thank everyone who have being so supportive of the Kitchen of Jasmine's venture! When we started this business a year ago, we were unsure how the business would develop. Alhamdulillah, we persevered and through trial and error we became more confident that we can develop this business further.

We both enjoy being in this line immensely and it helps when we have such supportive families, friends and clients.

We start our "year" with this new blog layout in order to serve all those questions - yes, it took us a while but we got here! We hope you will enjoy the new look! (and get use to it!!)

Blue and white themed cakes and cupcakes

This order was done for a wedding and the heart chocolate cake was decorated with blue and white swirls with silver dragees. The heart rich choclate cake comes in various sizes the smalles tbeing 2in wide for $3. The other sizes are 2lbs / 8inch or 3lbs / 10 inch.

Chelsea Chelsea!

Chelsea Football Club is one of the popular clubs and design we have lots of requests for. We try to do our best to do the logo and jerseys accordingly! We always appreciate it if the customers tell us their favourite numbers etc to put on the jerseys, considering we are not football fans ourselves!
The cake as always was our rich chocolate cake and it comes in 3 sizes 2lbs /8inch, 3lbs/ 10 inch or 4lbs 12 inch. We can do round or square shape and heart shapes too.

This particular order was fun to do! Bringing us back to the our younger years when Pacman was the in game!! Hope you liked them Joe! The cupcakes were medium size and the rich chocolate cake was topped with another mini cake with a pacman design on top.

Cupcakes for Consumer Fair

We did these cupcakes for the opening ceremony of the Consumer Fair Part 4. The cupcakes had fondant flowers on top of the buttercream and we did some with mini cupcakes as well. Hello to All!

Dear Friends

Happy 1st of July!  We have had quite a busy June - that cresended with the Consumer Fair, which was majorly busy and chaotic!!  Thanks so much if you had dropped by - we took pictures and we will (by hook or by crook!) post them soon!  

We are approaching our one year anniversary for the Kitchen of Jasmine and what a year we have had!!  We start the month by joining on Twitter (look at the side for that!) where we would put up any availble cupcakes or any goodies for the day!  Sometimes we make extra, so this way you would be able to satisfy if you are craving for something yummy!!
