Shari's 16th double tiered fondant cake

This was an elegant 2 tiered 16th birthday cake which we did for Shari who lives in Lumut. She ended up postponing her birthday for a few days so I hope the cake lasted for the birthday party!! This cake was made out of our signature rich chocolate cake and layered with choc ganache then covered with our homemade fondant then decorated with black royal icing twirls.

For 2 tier cakes we can do different flavours for each cake.. flavours we have are Rich chocolate layered with choc ganache or peanut butter frosting, Red velvet with cream cheese filling, carrot cake with cream cheese filling, lemon cake with cream cheese filling, Fresh strawberry cake with strawberry meringue cream, marble cake with choc ganache.. just call us on 8997333 with your queries and we can quote you the price or e-mail us on jasminekitchen@gmail.com.

World cup theme Birthday cake

It was Hariz's birthday at the end of June, at the height to the World Cup season, hence the Football pitch cake complete wuth world cup in the middle of the pitch. The cake as quite large 10 inch x 12 inch and about 4 inch high. A cake this size and decor would cost around $100. Our rich chocolate cake is very moist and layered with our signature ganache that really moistens the cake further. Needless to say the kids polished it off quite fast with not much leftovers!
