Chocolate Cake with Fondant Icing & Royal Icing Flower

We did this for a hantaran gift, basically the cake is our rich choc cake, so it is layered and covered in chocolate ganache initally then dressed with the white fondant. We then placed the mini royal icing lilac flowers and leaves in the middle. Really simple and very elegant. We would need at least 3 weeks notice to prepare for cakes like this.
