At times we do birthday orders. Pavlovas are a definite refreshing and yummy favourite, very light and quite refreshing. This particular pavlova was decorated with strawberries, kiwi fruits and fresh cream. Other fruits that I sometimes use to decorate pavlovas are mangoes, peaches and grapes. I thought the chocolate drizzles would help compliment the white chocolate birthday template on the top of the fruits. A large pavlova of this size is approximately 14-16 inches large and is good for 10 persons (adults!). This particular pavlova costs $50, however without the template and chocolate drizzles it would be $45.
