Chocolate strawberry filled cupcakes

We did these cute chocolate cupcakes for my cousin Maria's Hantaran box recently. She requested that some be filled with strawberry chocolate ganache and topped with fresh strawberries. We also made plain chocolate ganache cupcakecakes topped with fondant flowers and heart sprinkles too.
