2 months ago our cousin Liyana got married and we did 700 of these cupcakes for her wedding day, albeiti with a lot of help from our fellow cousins ! Thanks Amy, Lidya, and other kids-Anyway they are vanilla cupcakes topped with fondant with their initials and cute pink butterflies and hearts. The cupcakes were large size and fitted well in the 2 x 2 box, cost for this size and style of cupcakes are $2.50 each. The round cake was made out of rich chocolate cake, layered and covered with chocolate ganache then covered with our homemade fondant, then decorated with the red roses, quite elegant we thought for an engagement gift. Our fondant cakes cost $$50 per kg and cost of this particular cake was $120.
