This was our take on a client's request for a giant cupcake birthday cake. It is made out of our signature rich chocolate cake. the cake is 2 tiered and the bottom part covered in fondant and top decorated with buttercream then sprinkles, royal icing flowers as well as fondant roses. hope the client really liked it as much as we enjoyed decorating it!
