Fresh Mango Baked Cheesecake


With the abundance of mangoes at the moment, we tried out this mango baked cheesecake. It is rich yet not sweet. The cake has a base of biscuits with a slight crunch. Topped with fresh slices of mango and mango jelly, it is a desert well worth the wait! I would recommend this for desert or teatime treat. I can also see it as a birthday cake with a difference. The cake is 12 inches large and costs $40.
